  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Medical Telemetry Unit.
  2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Monitor and interpret patient data, including vital signs and telemetry readings, to identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Serve as a resource and mentor to new and less experienced staff.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
  15. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Ohio

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Medical Telemetry Unit

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Cardiac Monitoring And Interpretation
