Systems Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join the team at the Cleveland Clinic. This role is essential in helping us ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and helping to provide our employees and patients with a positive experience. To succeed in this position, you’ll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively analyse and troubleshoot system issues. 7. Develop new processes and procedures to enhance system performance.
8. Evaluate system implementations for improvements.
9. Provide user training and support.
10. Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve system performance.
