IT-ETA Lead QA Engineer

In the Lead QA Engineer role you will be responsible for managing an outsourced QA team while interacting internally with a geographically dispersed team of business owners, engineers, product managers, and project managers to ensure the highest quality is achieved in our deliveries. Manage a third party team of QA engineers to tackle projects as required. Manage the creation of detailed, reusable manual and automated test plans and test cases. Identify defects in new and existing software and integrations; thoroughly document defects to maximize ease of resolution. Proactively raise critical defects ensuring blockers are escalated appropriately. Participate in bug triage meetings and help manage bug queues for multiple projects. Perform ad-hoc testing of software releases.
