1. Monitor and maintain Cloudflare's global network on a daily basis.
2. Respond promptly to any network issues or outages, and resolve them in a timely manner to minimize impact on services.
3. Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential network problems.
4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex network issues and implement solutions.
5. Keep accurate records of network incidents, including detailed descriptions, actions taken, and resolutions.
6. Communicate with internal teams and external customers to provide updates and status on network incidents.
7. Continuously review and improve network processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology to enhance the performance and security of Cloudflare's network.
9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network issues.
10. Train and mentor junior team members on network operations and procedures.
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the network meets the needs and requirements of the company and its customers.
12. Follow security protocols and procedures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Cloudflare's network.
13. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
14. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve the network and its operations.
