- Develop and maintain relationships with global accounts, specifically focusing on GSI's (Global System Integrators).
- Understand the technology industry and Cloudflare's products and services in order to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Cloudflare's solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Monitor and report on account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in client needs to adapt and adjust account strategies accordingly.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Extensive Experience In Global Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Global Accounts, Preferably In The Technology Or Cloud Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders Across Different Regions.
Strong Understanding Of The Cybersecurity Landscape: As A Global Account Manager At Cloudflare, It Is Crucial To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Cybersecurity Industry And Its Trends. The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Technologies, Threats, And Regulatory Requirements To Effectively Position Cloudflare's Solutions To Gsi's.
