  1. Develop and execute product strategy for Workers KV and Hyperdrive products, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to drive product innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  5. Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, features and benefits to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Develop product roadmaps and track progress against key milestones, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful product launches.
  7. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work closely with the engineering team to define product specifications, conduct user testing, and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
  9. Manage the product budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  10. Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud-based technologies, and use this knowledge to inform product development.
  12. Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Product Manager For Workers Kv And Hyperdrive At Cloudflare Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems, And Web Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience With Key-Value Stores And Edge Computing.

  • Product Management Experience: This Role Requires Prior Experience In Product Management, Specifically With Developing And Launching Successful Products. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing The Entire Product Lifecycle, From Ideation To Release, And Have Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making Skills: A Successful Product Manager At Cloudflare Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Have Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Be Able To Use Data To Drive Product Strategy, Prioritize Features, And Measure Success.
