Senior Marketing & Events Manager, DACH

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and events to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and customer insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and event concepts.
- Manage the planning, logistics, and execution of all marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities from events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track ROI to ensure events are cost-effective and meet set objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to leverage for event collaborations and sponsorships.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising, to promote events and drive attendance.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for future events to continuously improve ROI.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing and events professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to establish thought leadership and promote brand awareness.
- Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Extensive Experience In Marketing And Event Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Event Management, Preferably In The Dach Region. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Local Market And Proven Success In Driving Marketing And Event Strategies.
