Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join the team at Club Monaco. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll provide essential support for our Store Manager and help to create an engaging and positive in-store experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a flair for fashion retail and a commitment to excellent customer service, as well as a strong understanding of sales, profits, and operational goals. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to store associates and ensure that tasks and objectives are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and promote the Club Monaco brand.
7. Maintain accurate records, such as sales figures and stock inventories.
8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Ensure that the store is properly stocked, organized, and maintained.
10. Monitor store expenses and budget to ensure profitability.
