Keyholder

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Keyholder to join our team at Club Monaco. As a Keyholder, you will be the face of our brand and an integral part of our customer experience. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for fashion and style, and be able to provide excellent customer service. In addition, you must have a minimum of one year of retail experience, be available to work a variety of shifts, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
2. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the brand and the product range.
3. Assist customers in selecting items and making purchases.
4. Maintain a neat and organized store atmosphere.
5. Assist with merchandising and restocking of products.
6. Open and close the store as needed.
7. Ensure all incoming inventory is accurately priced and processed.
8. Act as a role model for staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Manage shift scheduling and labor budget.
10. Train and mentor sales associates.
11. Address customer inquiries and complaints.
12. Monitor store performance and suggest improvements.
