Manufacturing Testing & Diagnostics Engineer

CNH Industrial is looking for an experienced and innovative Manufacturing Testing & Diagnostics Engineer to join our team. This role is an integral part of the engineering team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of CNH Industrial's manufactured products.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great problem-solving skills, and is a natural leader. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute tests to ensure the quality and reliability of CNH Industrial's manufactured products.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineering team members.
3. Analyze test results and recommend changes as necessary to improve product quality.
4. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
6. Monitor the performance of the manufacturing testing & diagnostics systems and take corrective action as necessary.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
8. Prepare and present reports on test results and product performance.
9. Develop and implement new testing methods and techniques.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure all testing and diagnostic needs are met.
