Sales Support Associate

We are looking for a Sales Support Associate who can help elevate the customer shopping experience at Coach! This position requires an individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong sense of responsibility.The Sales Support Associate will be the go-to person for customers in our store. They will need to be able to connect with customers on a personal level while providing them with the highest level of service. The Sales Support Associate will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and that customer needs are met.The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and demonstrate an ability to multitask. They should be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to provide customers with helpful advice and suggestions. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
