- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of BPO professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and drive overall team performance
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Collaborate with other team leads and managers to develop and implement business strategies for the growth and success of the BPO services
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our BPO services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Bpo Industry, With At Least 1 Year In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Bpo Processes And Best Practices, Including Experience In Managing Teams And Driving Performance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Metrics, Such As Productivity, Quality, And Customer Satisfaction.
