Lead a team of AS/400 professionals to successfully deliver projects for clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions using AS/400 technology.
Develop and maintain AS/400 applications, ensuring they meet high quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in AS/400 technology and incorporate them into project work.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them improve.
Provide regular status updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to AS/400 development and escalate them as needed.
Ensure compliance with Cognizant's policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With As/400 Systems, Including Installation, Configuration, And Maintenance.
Proficient In Rpg/400, Cl, And Sql Programming Languages.
Strong Understanding Of As/400 Architecture And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Managing A Team Of As/400 Developers Or Administrators.
Knowledge Of Cognizant's Standards And Processes, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
