  1. Lead and manage the Grid Modernization/ADMS team at Cognizant, providing guidance and direction to team members and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the utilities industry, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
  3. Provide subject matter expertise on grid modernization and ADMS, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Cognizant to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and innovation in the utilities industry through the adoption of advanced technologies and processes.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry challenges and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Act as a thought leader in the utilities industry, representing Cognizant at conferences, events, and other industry forums.
  8. Stay informed about regulatory and policy changes in the utilities industry, and advise clients on how to navigate and comply with these changes.
  9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Grid Modernization And Advanced Distribution Management Systems (Adms), With At Least 10 Years In A Leadership Role Within The Utilities Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Utility Operations, Including Distribution System Planning, Design, And Operation, As Well As Familiarity With Regulatory And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Grid Modernization And Adms Projects, Including Experience With Leading Teams, Managing Budgets, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Scope.

  • Strong Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In The Utilities Industry, Including Renewable Energy Integration, Electric Vehicles, And Smart Grid Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Utility Clients, Regulatory Agencies, And Technology Vendors.
