We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Java/Selenium Automation Tester to join our team at Cognizant. The ideal candidate must have the technical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful development, execution and maintenance of automated test cases.You should possess an in-depth knowledge of Java, Selenium, and Automation Testing techniques, as well as familiarity with databases, web services, and API testing. The ideal candidate must have experience in analyzing and resolving test issues, as well as writing and executing automated test scripts.We’re looking for a team player who is passionate about technology and has excellent analytical and communication skills. With a positive attitude and the ability to work independently, you should be able to work collaboratively with other teams within Cognizant to ensure the quality of our products. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automated test cases using Java and Selenium.
Analyze and resolve test issues.
Develop automated test scripts and maintain them.
Familiarity with databases, web services, and API testing.
Work collaboratively with other teams within Cognizant to ensure the quality of products.
Maintain and improve test coverage.
Assess software quality through manual and automated testing.
Monitor debugging processes and troubleshoot software issues.
Provide technical leadership to team members.
Generate reports to document test results.
