Provide expert consultation on Kronos applications to clients, including understanding their business needs and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize workforce management strategies using Kronos technology.
Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Kronos technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Train and mentor team members on Kronos applications and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos applications.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT, HR, and payroll, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Kronos solutions.
Participate in sales and business development activities, including client presentations and proposal development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Configuring Kronos Workforce Central Software.
Proficiency In Kronos Modules Such As Time And Attendance, Schedule Manager, And Absence Management.
Strong Understanding Of Workforce Management Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Clients And Team Members Effectively.
