  1. Lead and manage a team of experts in identifying, analyzing, and resolving major incidents for our clients.
  2. Monitor and track major incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on client operations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for effective incident management and resolution.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their unique requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Serve as the point of contact for clients during major incidents, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  6. Conduct post-incident analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement and prevention of future incidents.
  7. Train and mentor team members on incident management processes and best practices.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of incident management processes and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in major incident management and apply them to improve our processes and services.
  11. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to incident management and data privacy.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote effective communication and teamwork.
  14. Handle escalations and critical incidents with urgency and professionalism.
