Cognizant is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead to join our team and take ownership of the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits for our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to create and deliver presentations to our customers.This role requires a strong team player who can quickly understand customer business needs and apply the right Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits solutions. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with a passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to think and act quickly.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have:• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits implementations and customizations• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits modules, such as setup, administration, and reporting• Exceptional communication and presentation skills• The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies• An understanding of best practices around Oracle Cloud HCM BenefitsIf you have a passion for helping customers achieve their business objectives with Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and want to be part of a team of talented professionals, we look forward to hearing from you.

Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits for enterprise customers.
Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits modules, such as setup, administration, and reporting.
Create and deliver presentations to customers about Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits.
Quickly understand customer business needs and apply the right Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits solutions.
Provide creative problem-solving and customer satisfaction solutions.
Quickly learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
Work collaboratively with a team of talented professionals.
