We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Benefit Manager to join Cognizant’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering our pharmacy benefit programs, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality benefit program services. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit program design, implementation, and operations.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

Manage and administer pharmacy benefit programs to ensure clients receive highest quality service.
Provide problem solving and decision-making skills to ensure successful program implementation and operations.
Analyze and review pharmacy benefit data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to pharmacy benefit programs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy benefit programs.
Analyze and evaluate pharmacy benefit programs to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on pharmacy benefit program operations.
Monitor and report performance of pharmacy benefit programs.
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
