At Cognizant, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead our high-profile projects to success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have a proven track record of leading complex projects. We're looking for a leader who can take initiative, collaborate effectively, and think strategically.To be successful in this position, you must have a strong understanding of technology and its applications. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of project management experience. Experience in the IT consulting industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress, identify and address any potential risks, and ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Analyze project data and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful implementation.
Prepare program reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
