  1. Design and implement innovative SAP solutions for clients to drive business success and growth.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP architecture and strategy.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Lead and guide project teams in the implementation of SAP solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients and team members on SAP architecture and best practices.
  8. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of client systems to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks in project delivery.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise in SAP.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  12. Represent Cognizant and our SAP capabilities at industry events and conferences.
  13. Continuously strive for excellence in delivering exceptional results for clients.
  14. Contribute to the development of new SAP offerings and services.
  15. Stay updated on the latest SAP certifications and maintain a high level of expertise in SAP technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Software And Architecture: A Sap Business Architect, Consulting Principal Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Software, Including Erp, Crm, And Other Modules, As Well As Experience With Sap Architecture And Integration.

  • Proven Track Record In Consulting And Project Management: This Role Requires Strong Consulting And Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Manage Teams, Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget, And Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients.

  • Business Acumen And Industry Knowledge: A Sap Business Architect, Consulting Principal Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Knowledge Of The Industry, Including Best Practices, Trends, And Challenges. This Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Insights And Solutions To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Client-Facing Role, A Sap Business Architect, Consulting Principal Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Present Solutions In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires A Strong Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Business Problems.
