Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of SAP BW and HANA technologies to provide guidance and support to clients and team members.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP BW and HANA solutions for clients, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather and analyze requirements, identify gaps and propose solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal performance and scalability of SAP BW and HANA solutions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in SAP BW and HANA technologies and make recommendations for their integration into client solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of SAP BW and HANA developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Conduct regular status updates and progress reports to clients and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP BW and HANA solutions with other systems and processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP BW and HANA projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for SAP BW and HANA solution delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Train and educate team members on SAP BW and HANA technologies and best practices.
Represent the organization and promote its expertise in SAP BW and HANA solutions at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Sap Bw And Hana: A Sap Bw & Hana Solutions Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Both Sap Bw And Hana. This Includes Proficiency In Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, And Performance Tuning In Both Systems.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Sap Bw And Hana, As Well As Related Technologies Such As Sap Business Objects And Sap Data Services. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Complex Data Integration And Reporting Solutions Using These Tools.
Knowledge Of Sap Best Practices: A Solutions Architect Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Best Practices And Be Able To Apply Them In Designing And Implementing Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap Data Models, Data Structures, And Data Governance Principles.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Sap Bw & Hana Solutions Architect Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Manage A Team Of Consultants. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Monitoring, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills: The Role Of A Solutions Architect Involves Working Closely With Clients And Understanding Their Business Requirements. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders Are Essential For Success In This Role.
