Develop and implement RPA solutions using PEGA Robotics for our clients to drive automation and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design efficient RPA solutions.
Conduct RPA feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process automation.
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementation.
Stay updated with the latest developments in PEGA Robotics and other RPA technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions within budget.
Continuously improve RPA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify and document RPA requirements.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Adhere to Cognizant's coding standards and guidelines.
Train end-users on how to use RPA solutions effectively.
Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Comply with all security, confidentiality, and data privacy policies and procedures.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementation.
Keep track of project timelines and escalate any issues or delays to the project manager.
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities for RPA implementation.
Continuously strive to enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Pega Robotics Development: A Senior Rpa Developer At Cognizant Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Developing And Implementing Pega Robotics Solutions. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of Pega Robotics, Including Design, Development, Testing, And Deployment.
Strong Knowledge Of Rpa Concepts And Tools: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) Principles, As Well As Experience Working With Leading Rpa Tools Such As Uipath, Blue Prism, Or Automation Anywhere. They Should Be Able To Evaluate And Select The Most Appropriate Tool For A Given Project.
Proven Track Record In Delivering Rpa Projects: Cognizant Is Looking For A Senior Rpa Developer With A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Rpa Projects. This Includes Experience In Working On Complex Automation Projects, Managing Project Timelines, And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Quality Solutions.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Senior Rpa Developer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Solving Complex Business Problems Using Rpa. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Develop Innovative Solutions That Meet The Client's Business Objectives.
Good Communication And Leadership Skills: A Senior Rpa Developer At Cognizant Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members. They Should Also Have Experience Leading And Mentoring Junior Developers, As Well As Providing Technical Guidance And Support To The Project Team.
