  1. Manage service delivery processes: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, including planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services to clients.

Ensure client satisfaction: The primary responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided and maintain a positive relationship with them. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Delivery Management, Preferably In The It Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Service Management Frameworks Such As Itil.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering High-Quality Services To Clients, With A Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Process Improvement.
