Cognizant is looking for a talented Software Solution Sales professional who will bring a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to join our team. This role requires a results-driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in selling software solutions, a knack for developing relationships, and a commitment to providing the best customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be driven, and have the ability to quickly build relationships with prospects and clients. A degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cognizant’s software solutions and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- Build relationships with prospects and clients, and maintain a portfolio of existing customers.
- Research and identify potential customers and establish contact with them to discuss our software solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and present proposals tailored to each customer’s individual needs.
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure successful implementation of software solutions.
- Monitor client feedback and provide prompt resolutions to any customer service issues.
- Track key performance metrics and provide reports to upper management.
- Participate in industry events to increase Cognizant’s visibility and generate new leads.
