UX Participant Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented UX Participant Coordinator to join the Cognizant team. As a UX Participant Coordinator, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate user research activities from recruitment through analysis. You will be responsible for finding and screening potential participants, scheduling and managing user research sessions, collecting feedback, and ensuring that data is collected accurately and ethically. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for user research and a commitment to delivering accurate and ethical data. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and be adept at problem solving.
