- Ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of Workday HCM projects for clients.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for Workday HCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design test cases accordingly.
- Conduct thorough testing of all Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
