  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for our skincare brands in the Rochester market.
  2. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including dermatologists, estheticians, and other skincare professionals.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, and use this information to tailor sales pitches and presentations.
  4. Represent our brands at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate new leads.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
  11. Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Colgate-Palmolive and our skincare brands in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Travel within the Rochester market as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
