Capital Markets Analyst

Colliers International is looking for an experienced and motivated Capital Markets Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is driven, analytical, and highly organized. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the real estate capital markets, financial analysis and market research, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. CFA or MBA certification is preferred. Additionally, the Capital Markets Analyst should have a history of successful financial and market analysis, be well-versed in financial modeling and forecasting, and have a detailed understanding of the commercial real estate industry. We are looking for an individual who is a team player, able to collaborate with all levels of the organization, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
