In this position, you will be responsible for finding tenants and negotiating rental agreements, while maintaining positive relationships with owners, clients, and tenants.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the local market, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. They will also be able to quickly identify and understand the needs of clients and tenants. This role requires a motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
