Real Estate Appraiser

Colliers International is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Appraiser to join our team of professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for providing accurate property valuations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing timely results. You should have a strong understanding of property markets and an in-depth knowledge of the appraisal process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisal. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. In addition, you should have excellent knowledge of real estate appraisal laws and regulations and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
