Real Estate Appraiser

Colliers International is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. As a Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for providing real estate appraisals and market analysis to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing quality appraisal services, as well as the ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a timely manner.To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid state-certified general or residential appraiser license, a Bachelor's degree in real estate appraisal or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. You should be knowledgeable in the principles, practices and methods of real estate appraisals and market analysis, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
