Real Estate Appraiser

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate valuations of real estate properties for our clients. The successful candidate will have the necessary qualifications, experience and skill set to perform this role at the highest level.We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of real estate valuation principles, market trends and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, finance or business management, as well as a valid appraiser license from the state in which they will be working. Experience in the real estate appraisal field is preferred, but not required.The successful candidate for this role will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for providing the highest level of service to our clients.
