Real Estate Research Analyst

The individual will also be involved in the development of research reports and other deliverables.The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as economics, finance, business administration or real estate, and a minimum of three years of market research experience. An understanding of real estate markets, investment trends and market dynamics is a plus. The ability to think strategically and analytically, as well as the ability to communicate effectively, is essential. The successful candidate must also have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient in using various analytical and visualization software.
