The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills, and be highly competent in the area of real estate valuation and market analysis. We are looking for an individual who is able to work as part of a team to provide accurate and timely valuation services to our clients. The Real Estate Valuation Analyst must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance and markets.
