Site Acquisition Specialist

At Colliers International, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of site selection, negotiation, and acquisition. They will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting sites for the development of new properties.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in site selection, negotiation, and property acquisitions. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to negotiate effectively and efficiently. The candidate must also have a thorough understanding of local zoning regulations and be able to work with local and federal agencies to ensure compliance.This individual must have strong organizational and project management skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of financial analysis, real estate law, and land use regulations is also required.We are looking for a professional with a strong commitment to customer service and success.
