Job Description

This position will be responsible for Plans, coordinates and conducts complex investigations involving multi-jurisdictional entities. The purpose of the investigation is to: determine and evaluate areas of tax information, financial documentation, reputation, civil litigation, criminal history, accuracy of provided disclosures, and areas of fraud and misrepresentation. Prepares detailed written reports and pre­sents findings to the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division to determine suitability for position appointment. Completes a detailed written report and presents the findings to the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Director or his designee.
