
Background Investigator
This position will be responsible for Plans, coordinates and conducts complex investigations involving multi-jurisdictional entities. The purpose of the investigation is to: determine and evaluate areas of tax information, financial documentation, reputation, civil litigation, criminal history, accuracy of provided disclosures, and areas of fraud and misrepresentation. Prepares detailed written reports and presents findings to the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division to determine suitability for position appointment. Completes a detailed written report and presents the findings to the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Director or his designee.
