Job Description

The employee in this position is responsible for auditing the Commercial Driver License (CDL) third party testing facilities and the CDL third party tester performance. Training CDL testers to ensure the level of skill for testing is met based on the standard set by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators guidelines. Arranging for the appropriate commercial vehicles to be present, location and other requirements. The tester training is a pass/fail course. The Testing Certificate must be kept current. Train, assist and oversee contracted tester trainers.

Job Qualifications
  • Four years of experience in a field audit and compliance inspection position.

  • Previous experience in developing and delivering training to adult learners

  • Experience interpreting and applying rules and regulations in a regulatory environment

  • Previous training experience and/or presenting materials to a group

  • Experience in investigation is highly desirable
