- Develop and implement global apparel product line strategy in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new apparel collections, from concept to production.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure product line meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage product lifecycle including forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring profitability and brand growth.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality production.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to apparel production.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote and showcase product line.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the product development and management process.
- Adhere to company values and standards while upholding a positive and professional image of the brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Line Management In The Apparel Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competition.
Experience In Developing And Executing Product Line Strategies, Including Product Design, Sourcing, Pricing, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
