- Develop and implement global supply chain strategies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of supply chain operations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain performance.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement or changes as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and enhance supply chain operations.
- Train and mentor supply chain team members on best practices and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Analysis And Process Improvement.
Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Operations And Best Practices.
Experience With Data Analysis And Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
