
Procurement Manager
Columbia Sportswear is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate acquisition of goods and services, while also managing supplier relationships and vendor performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery, payment terms, and quality to optimize cost savings.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze and report on procurement activities and performance.
- Monitor market trends and recommend changes in products, services, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize vendor management software and ERP systems to manage procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.
