- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Lead and manage all DEI initiatives and programs, including trainings, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the organization, including hiring, retention, and promotion processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of DEI efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and current trends in DEI to continuously improve and innovate the company's approach.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to leadership and employees on DEI issues and concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to enhance the company's DEI efforts.
- Create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all employees, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are woven into the fabric of the company culture.
- Develop and manage a budget for DEI initiatives and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
- Lead by example and serve as a role model for inclusive behaviors and practices within the company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Dei Program, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Corporate Setting.
Demonstrated Understanding And Knowledge Of Dei Principles, Practices, And Strategies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Dei Initiatives.
Strong Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Project Management, Including Developing And Tracking Metrics, Managing Budgets, And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
