As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and optimizing inventory levels for our wholesale partners.   1. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all products within the Wholesale division.
  2. Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights and information that will inform demand planning decisions.
  4. Use forecasting tools and systems to generate accurate and timely demand plans.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or allocation to meet customer demand.
  6. Communicate demand plans and inventory strategies to internal teams and external wholesale partners.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust demand plans as needed to optimize inventory levels.
  8. Identify potential risks and opportunities in the demand plan and develop contingency plans to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  9. Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to meet demand.
  10. Provide regular reports and presentations on demand planning performance and inventory levels to management.
  11. Stay current on industry and market trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer behavior that may impact demand planning.
  12. Train and mentor junior demand planning team members to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and data privacy.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the demand planning department and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably Within The Wholesale Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Forecasting Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Accurately Predicting Demand And Adjusting Forecasts As Needed.

  • Knowledge And Experience Working With Inventory Management Systems And Demand Planning Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, And Supply Chain Teams To Drive Demand Planning Initiatives And Meet Company Goals.
