Therapy Aide - Rehab

We are looking for a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Therapy Aide - Rehab at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will be a fundamental part of our rehabilitation team, providing exceptional care and support to patients with physical, emotional, and/or mental ailments.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities of a Therapy Aide - Rehab at Comanche County Memorial Hospital:

1. Provide exceptional care and support to patients with physical, emotional, and/or mental ailments.
2. Work effectively with multiple departments.

5. Assist therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
6. Participate in patient assessments and document patient progress.
7. Assist with patient care duties, such as taking vital signs, changing dressings, and administering medications.
8. Help with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living.
9. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
10. Follow established protocols and procedures.
