  1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively promote the Comcast brand and values to various target audiences.
  2. Create and maintain a strong online and offline presence for Comcast through various channels such as social media, press releases, and company website.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all communications.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all media inquiries and proactively pitch stories and opportunities to increase positive media coverage.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing Comcast's communication strategies.
  6. Plan and execute successful events and campaigns to engage and connect with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community members.
  7. Manage crisis communications and develop response plans to mitigate any potential negative impact on the company's reputation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and other external stakeholders to increase visibility and positive perception of Comcast.
  9. Oversee the creation and dissemination of all internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and announcements, to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  10. Ensure all communications comply with company policies and legal requirements, including copyright and trademark laws.
  11. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
  12. Mentor and guide team members to support their professional development and ensure high-quality communication outputs.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in communications to continuously improve and innovate Comcast's communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Messaging For Various Audiences.

  • Experience Managing And Executing Successful Communication Campaigns, Including Crisis Communications.

  • Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Current Trends In Digital And Social Media Communication.
