- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to gather and share important company updates and information.
- Monitor and analyze internal communication channels and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all internal communication platforms.
- Plan and organize company-wide events and town halls to foster a sense of community and keep employees connected.
- Manage and maintain internal communication tools, such as email newsletters, intranet, and digital signage.
- Work closely with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to promote cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in internal communications to continually improve and evolve our strategies.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Diverse Audience.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications Within A Corporate Setting.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Internal Communication Strategies, Including The Use Of Various Channels Such As Email, Intranet, And Social Media.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.
