  1. Develop and execute strategic media plans that align with the goals and objectives of our clients.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into effective media plans.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform media planning decisions.
  4. Utilize various media channels, platforms, and technologies to create integrated and impactful media campaigns.
  5. Monitor and optimize media plans to ensure they are delivering desired results and meeting client expectations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into media plans.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with media vendors to negotiate rates and secure optimal placements for our clients.
  8. Present media plans and performance reports to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind decisions and the success of campaigns.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and integration of media plans.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  11. Continuously track and report on media spend, budget allocation, and ROI to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  12. Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and ethical practices in all media planning activities.
  13. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Media Planning, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Media Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Media Planning Software And Tools, Such As Nielsen, Comscore, And Google Analytics.
