  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Comcast's online presence and engage with our audience.
  2. Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to constantly improve our social media presence and drive business goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Comcast's products and services.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand our reach and engagement.
  9. Use social media listening tools to monitor and report on customer sentiment and feedback.
  10. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to engage with customers and prospects through social media.
  11. Develop and manage a social media calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns aligned with company initiatives and events.
  13. Monitor and report on social media KPIs and metrics to track the success of campaigns and strategies.
  14. Provide guidance and support to team members on social media best practices and strategies.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in social media platforms to constantly improve and innovate our strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Various Social Media Platforms, Their Algorithms, And Best Practices For Engagement And Content Creation

  • Strong Understanding Of Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Social Media Strategy And Measure Performance

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With External Partners And Influencers.
