- Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media objectives align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and foster relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant social media accounts to expand our reach.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed of any potential crisis situations and respond appropriately on social media.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Train and mentor junior social media team members.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay compliant with all company policies and guidelines while representing the brand on social media.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Managing Social Media Platforms For A Large Company Or Organization.
Proficient In Social Media Analytics And Able To Track And Report On Key Metrics.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Social Media Content.
Strong Understanding Of Current Social Media Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing Successful Social Media Campaigns.
