  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for digital products and services.
  2. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  5. Use data and analytics to drive design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
  6. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
  7. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  9. Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve designs and processes.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality.
  11. Conduct usability testing and gather insights to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design assets and meet project deadlines.
  13. Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  14. Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems and style guides.
  15. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in UX/UI design.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles: A Ux/Ui Designer At Comcast Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Be Able To Apply Them To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Interfaces That Meet The Needs Of Comcast's Diverse Customer Base.

  • Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision To Create High-Fidelity Wireframes And Prototypes.

  • Experience With User Research And Testing: A Ux/Ui Designer At Comcast Should Have Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing To Gather Insights And Improve The Overall User Experience.

  • Knowledge Of Accessibility And Inclusivity: Given Comcast's Commitment To Accessibility And Inclusivity, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Accessibility Guidelines And Be Able To Design Interfaces That Are Usable By All Users, Regardless Of Their Abilities.
